More Sex Assault Charges Filed Against OC Rug Store Manager
LAGUNA BEACH (CBS) — More charges were filed Friday against an Orange County rug store manager accused of sexually assaulting women inside his family's Laguna Beach store.
The investigation began after a customer says Saeid Boustanabadi Maralan tried to rape her in a storage room at Maralan's Sirous & Sons Rug Gallery.
On Friday, charges involving three more women were filed, bringing the number of alleged victims to eleven.
The 53-year-old is already a registered sex offender.
He was convicted of molesting several women in Los Angeles County from 1999 to 2002.
