Alhambra Officers Find Puppy In Vehicle's Trunk During Traffic Stop
ALHAMBRA (CBSLA.com) — Several people were arrested early Thursday morning for animal neglect after a puppy was found in the trunk of a car.
Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and found the dog in the back of the car, along with a shotgun, Alhambra police said.
The occupants of the vehicle were arrested for several misdemeanors, including animal neglect.
"Hopefully this little puppy can have a better life now," APD wrote on their Facebook page.
