Investigators say that the man tied the elderly victim up inside of his own home during a robbery in Cherry Valley on Tuesday. He was arrested a short time later when he was located at a drive-thru restaurant inside of the victim's car that he had stolen.
The discovery was made early Tuesday morning just north of Almond Street and Turquoise Avenue, deputies said.
