Simon is the founder of HiveKeepers and inventor of the Micro Honey Harvester, which won gold at the Apimondia World Beekeeping Awards. It lets backyard beekeepers harvest pure honey in under five minutes, and it makes a fantastic live demo: honey harvested right there on set.
