The Town Center Market, hosted by the El Dorado Hills Arts & Entertainment Foundation. This isn’t just a place to shop—it’s a weekly community experience bringing together local farmers, food makers, artists, musicians, families, and small businesses, with an emphasis on giving kids free opportunities to experience art, creativity, and healthy local food. Every weekend, families can enjoy live music, free face painting, a free button-making art station, and a community art project that everyone is invited to help create. Kids can also stop by the information booth to receive a free market token and take it directly to a farmer to exchange for a free piece of fresh fruit. Visitors are also encouraged to explore the Atrium Gallery nearby which features rotating art exhibits throughout the year. The current exhibit is “Hot August Days.” The next exhibit, “Beauty and the Beast,” will open on September 26 with a special opening reception event. It’s all part of the El Dorado Hills Arts & Entertainment Foundation’s mission to make art, entertainment, creativity, and community experiences accessible to everyone in the area.
