A longtime Central Valley golf tradition is returning with an even bigger purpose this year. The San Joaquin County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is preparing for its 24th Annual Golf Tournament, taking place Friday, October 2nd, at Stockton’s Swenson Park Golf Course.
