Molly Explores the Slow Food Philosophy at Twin Peaks Orchards
A Placer County orchard that's a favorite among local chefs has just been recognized as one of only four Slow Food Farms in the entire United States. This honor for Twin Peaks Orchards is a new part of the Slow Food International program, which has a global goal to achieve good, clean and fair food for all.
