Addie Lyons started her baking business in 2020 from her home kitchen while homeschooling her two daughters, selling from a "Bread Box" at the end of her driveway and at the Grass Valley Farmers Markets, before opening her new bakery in December 2024 after selling her house and finding commercial kitchen space.
