James Wheatley Celebration

Sacramento performing arts icon James Wheatley is being celebrated by Celebration Arts next month. The fundraiser proceeds will cover operational costs to continue Mr. Wheatley's vision of providing quality performances and training opportunities that illuminate the Black experience in theatre, music and dance.
