A new home for Cowboy Sparkles at Effie Yeaw Nature Center!
The Arden-Arcade Rotary Club and Carmichael Rotary Club have teamed up to build an enclosure for Cowboy Sparkles, an endangered California Desert Tortoise at Effie Yeaw Nature Center! Ashley Williams is there as they create Cowboy Sparkles' new home!
