This morning we're learning about jewelry that supports people battling cancer and other diseases. Bravelets was created by Aliah Bocaletti after she realized she needed to brave for her mom who was battling breast cancer. Aliah wanted to make something that her sister, mom, dad and herself could wear in the weeks leading up to her mother's Mastectomy and was a symbol that they could all look at and remember to be brave. Aliah then created Bravelets, the jewelry that people can see as a symbol of hope and give to anyone they know battling illnesses and their families.
