On the Burger Trail Again

Here's our latest stop on our burger trail: Nationwide Freezer Meats in Sacramento. It's a classic. Nationwide has been around for four decades. You're looking at the French Ground Steak Burger. The burger was delicious. But the big surprise for me was the steak fries. We got one order and I thought that wouldn't be enough for the four of us. Turns out those fries are so thick that they ended up being more than enough.

Last week I was in  Iowa visiting family. The food out there is hearty and heavy. Lots of greasy, fried foods are the staple and people don't seem to care about it being loaded with fat. Well, I indulged in the Midwest delicacies and will share pictures this week!
