MODESTO (CBS13) — A church in Modesto took some heavy damage in a fire Friday night, according to the Modesto Fire Department.

The incident happened at Westside Neighborhood Church on California Avenue.

Officials said one wing of the building is a total loss. The rest of the church also took some major damage.

No injuries were reported in the fire.

Authorities say there is no indication of arson.
