SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — A garbage truck spilled hydraulic fluid along Second Street in Old Sacramento Sunday afternoon.

SMUD employees rushed to the scene to stop any liquids from entering a SMUD manhole.

The city of Sacramento has closed the street while it works on remediation.
