Deviled Egg Recipe
12 hard cooked eggs peeled and cut in half
Place the yokes in a small mixing bowl and mash the yokes
1/2 Teaspoon Dried Mustard
1/2 Teaspoon White Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon of Old Bay
1 Teaspoon of Dill Weed
2 Tablespoons of Dill Pickle Relish
1/2 C Mayo (I use Hellman's/Best Foods) You can put more mayo in if you want them even more creamier.
Salt to taste
Mixed ingredients and place in the eggs... I use a cake decorating bag to put in the eggs because there is better control of how much goes in each egg. If you have some left, my uncle says it is really good on Ritz crackers.
