Apple Pie Nachos
Ingredients:
Ø 4- 8" flour tortilla's
Ø ¼ c each cinnamon and sugar mixed together
Ø Vegetable oil for frying
Ø 1 can apple pie filing
Ø 1 jar caramel sauce
Ø 1 can Redi-Whip®
Ø Cinnamon for sprinkling
Directions:
Cut tortilla's into 6 wedges, fry in vegetable oil, turning occasionally until golden brown. Drain on paper towel lined cookie sheet and immediately sprinkle liberally with cinnamon-sugar mixture on both sides. When cooled, place a dozen or so on a serving platter. Top with 2-3 slices of apple from apple pie filing on each wedge, drizzle caramel sauce on each. Crown with Redi-Whip®. Dust lightly with cinnamon.
