Giant Ant Farm
Ants have plenty of leg room in a spacious new Sac State exhibit!! Ants aerate the soil, invade the kitchen, and ruin picnics. But this summer they're in the spotlight at Sacramento State's Sequoia Hall lobby as the University's latest Living Gallery exhibit. The ants on display are red harvester ants and are native to the California.

Red Bull Slackline Athletes
One of the world's best slackliners shows his skills live on Good Day! Modern day slacklining originated with rock climbers in the 1980's and is a fast-growing sport that involves balancing on climber's webbing, anchored between two points. Evolution of the sport has seen slacklining adopt a wider webbing and increased tension, allowing "slackers" to perform aerial tricks between mountains or buildings, all while rigged high above the ground.

Sacramento Rotary is offering Bloody's for Blood! That is a free (best of Sacramento winning) Bloody Mary for anyone giving blood. Technically it's not a good idea to drink after giving, so they'll be certificates for future visits.
