COOL SAFETY CHECK VIDEO
Virgin Airlines is trying to get you to stay awake and pay attention during the pre-flight safety check.
The airline is debuting a safety new video featuring rapping, dancing and singing this week. Virgin says it's a first for the airline.
Former American Idol contestant Todrick Hall came up with the lyrics for the five minute video and several cast members from So You Think You Can Dance are featured.
CLASSIC MOVIE SCENE MEMORIALIZED
A classic movie scene is honored in Indiana. It memorializes the moment in "A Christmas Story" where Flick's tongue gets stuck to a frozen flagpole.
A bronze version of Flick will now be forever stuck to that flagpole in Hammond, Indiana.
The statue stands at the welcome center in the hometown of Jean Shepard, the author of the book that inspired the movie.
"A Christmas story" celebrates 30 years on November 18th.
And if you're ever visiting Hammond, and someone triple dog dares you to lick this statue – a tourism official says do so at your own risk.
GIRL COVERS MILEY'S "WRECKING BALL"
These days the name Miley Cyrus can spark some negative images, but there's nothing negative about a young girl's version of one of the pop star's songs.
11-year-old Joyce Jimenez is blind and as she sings Miley Cyrus' Wrecking Ball, you can see her reading the braille lyrics with her hand.
Jimenez's video has been viewed more than half a million times on YouTube, with some viewers calling it better than the original.
NEW STAR WARS FOOTAGE
Never-before-seen footage from the original Star Wars trilogy-- is going viral.
