TCU Improves To 11-0 With 88-57 Win Over UTSA

FORT WORTH, Texas (AP) — Kyan Anderson had 16 points with nine assists and TCU remained undefeated, extending its best start ever with an 88-57 victory over UTSA on Saturday night.

The Horned Frogs (11-0) already have two wins more than they had all last season. Their previous best start had been nine in a row in 1997-98, the season of their last AP Top 25 ranking and last NCAA tournament appearance.

Brandon Parrish, who like Anderson had three 3-pointers, added 18 points and five blocked shots for TCU. Kenrich Williams had 12 points and seven rebounds, while Trey Zeigler had 10 points on 5-of-5 shooting.

Keon Lewis scored 23 points for UTSA (4-5), which was held 20 points under its season scoring average.

TCU took control with an 11-2 run in a span of just less than three minutes late in the first half.
