House Fire In Collin County Believed To Be Caused By Lightning

MELISSA, Texas (CBSDFW.COM) - A house fire in the Collin County city of Melissa Saturday morning was believed to be caused by lightning.

Storms moved through parts of North Texas, including Denton and Collin counties, in the morning hours.

Video captured by Michael O'Keefe of First Response Photography showed massive flames coming from the roof of the home on Whitetail Lane.

There were no reported injuries.
