Garland Silver Alert Canceled After Elderly Couple Richard And Henrietta Rocha Found Safe
GARLAND (CBSDFW.COM) — Police in Garland have canceled a Silver Alert for a missing elderly couple.
The alert had been issued because husband and wife, Richard Rocha Jr. and Henrietta Rocha, hadn't been seen since the afternoon of September 26.
Officials said the pair was found Monday morning in Dallas and were safe with family.
The alert was of particular importance because Richard Rocha, 90, suffers from Alzheimer's disease. And Henrietta Rocha, 89, was said to be showing signs of also having Alzheimer's.
