While in the cattle frame of mind, check out Cowboy Cool for all things cowboy... except cooler. Once inside, the horseshoe sales counter, crocodile carpet and traditional Western gear with a modern twist will tickle your Texas fancy. Their exclusive boots are a must-have for any true country guy or girl, or spring $50 for a cowboy hat (I like Star Central) if that's more your speed. Though this is a no-brainer to bring the out-of-towners to see, you'll find delicious local flavor for yourself as well.
