Texas Democratic legislators leave the state in dispute over redistricting

Both houses of the Texas legislature are controlled by Republican. But if enough Democratic lawmakers leave the state, they could deny the state House and Senate a two-thirds quorum that is needed to vote on proposed congressional maps.
