Russia and Ukraine to begin talks of ceasefire, Trump says

President Trump says Russia and Ukraine will immediately start negotiations toward a ceasefire. This comes after Mr. Trump's call with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Monday. The president also spoke with the Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and NATO in this latest effort to end Russia's war in Ukraine.
