Russia agrees in principle with 30-day ceasefire deal in Ukraine

Russian President Vladimir Putin said Thursday that he agrees in principle with a 30-day ceasefire in Ukraine that the U.S. has proposed. However, Putin said more talks are needed and that terms need to be worked out.
