Michigan family sues Disney, alleges ex-employee filmed up girl's dress in Florida

A Michigan family has filed a lawsuit against Walt Disney Parks and Resorts U.S. Inc. of Florida and a former employee, who is accused of filming up the dress of an underage female guest and, according to investigators, had hundreds of similar photos and videos on his phone.
