Detroit curfew enforcement update moves forward to city council

After an hour of discussion Monday, an amendment to Detroit's youth curfew law was placed on Tuesday's city council agenda. The proposal calls for increasing fines to parents or guardians should their children or teens violate the overnight curfew.
