Tight end Eric Ebron and defensive tackle Haloti Ngata will both miss the Lions' game against the Bears on Sunday.
The Lions – at 49.8 rushing yards per game - are still ahead of the 1940 Eagles, which set the league record for fewest rushing yards in a season (298, an average of just over 25 per game in their 11-game schedule).
A new computer lab and learning center that's backed by Detroit Lions coach Jim Caldwell's foundation is opening in the city.

DeAndre Levy re-injured his ailing hip during his season debut against the Cardinals, and head coach Jim Caldwell announced Wednesday that the linebacker now needs surgery.
