Young Ann Arbor Woman Missing Since Wednesday
ANN ARBOR (WWJ) - A 20-year-old woman is missing and could be in danger. Ashley Marie Gillette vanished from her home in Ann Arbor on Wednesday morning.
Ann Arbor Police Detective William Stanford said Gillette left without her cell phone, keys and wallet, and it's affecting search efforts.
"Our normal avenues of investigation are kind of thwarted right now because we're not able to track her in any way," he said.
Stanford said Gillette is suffering from depression and has been suicidal in the past and does not own a car.
Gillette is 5'1'' tall, 123 lbs and has a gap in her teeth. She was last seen wearing white sneakers and a puffy, shiny black winter coat with fur around the hood.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is urged to contact Ann Arbor Police.
