WSJ: Metro Detroit Has 9th Largest Number Of Millionaires
DETROIT (WWJ) - Detroit may suffer from high unemployment -- but the city and its suburbs have their fair share of millionaires.
In fact, the Wall Street Journal is reporting the Motor City has the 9th largest number of millionaires. And this ranking has Detroit ahead of cities like Dallas, Atlanta, Seattle and San Diego.
The Journal says the comeback of the auto industry and the number of tax benefits for high tech firms are two reasons for the numbers.
