Three Reasons Interleague Play Has Run Its Course For MLB

1. Many years, marquee American League teams like the Yankees and Red Sox come to Comerica Park for just one series. Why? So traditionally bad National League teams like the Pirates this weekend can visit? Doesn't make sense.
2. It has gradually made the All Star Game far less interesting.
3. Starting next season, when the Houston Astros move to the American League, it will make the schedule absurd with interleague games throughout the season.
