New York nutritionist Tanya Zuckerbrot has been on Good Morning America, The Today Show and is an advisor for Men's Health Magazine. She made a brief stop in Detroit to promote her line of food items called F-Fiber that introduces fiber into your diet. It is being sold exclusively at Kroger. Zuckerbrot stopped by to talk to Terry Foster about healthy living.
