He's 5-foot-9 (maybe). He wasn't drafted. He has bounced from Tampa Bay to Philadelphia to Winnipeg to Detroit. But at the Lions' organized team activity Thursday, Jonathan Hefney lined up alongside Louis Delmas, where a starting safety job is wide-open.
