First pitch for Friday's home opener is set for 1:10 p.m. ET. The teams continue their three-game series on Saturday at 1:10 p.m. ET. First pitch in the final game of the series is at 7:20 p.m. ET on Sunday.

Detroit native R&B singer/songwriter Angela Davis will perform the National Anthem.
After the performance is a flyover that features an A-10 Thunderbolt II "Warthog" aircraft from the 107th Fighter Squadron, and part of the 127th Wing at Selfridge Air National Guard Base.
Who is throwing out the first pitch on Opening Day?
Former Tigers catcher and third baseman Brandon Inge will throw out the first pitch on Opening Day. Inge spent 12 seasons with the Tigers (2001-2012) as an ultimate utility player and fan favorite, making the All-Star game in 2009.

Parking options on Opening Day
Tigers fans can enjoy free parking at meters on Opening Day. Meter enforcement resumes April 4 at 10 a.m. The Ford Underground Garage and Eastern Market Garage are open from 6 a.m. to midnight.

The Detroit People Mover will remain closed on Opening Day and Easter weekend as crews continue to make repairs after high winds caused a metal piece below a train car to rip through the track cable.
What's new at Comerica Park in 2026
Fans attending Friday's game will be greeted by several new features and upgrades to the amenities, merchandise and food at Comerica Park.
New food options include a Pierogi Nacho, a Grilled Cheese Sonoran Dog, Sweet Heat Chicken Ranch, Steak Frites and a Smoked Bone-In Short Rib Sandwich.
