Auto Satisfaction Survey
Top customer service honors for the Lincoln-Mercury and Buick brands.
That's according to the University of Michigan's American Customer Satisfaction Index.
While the news was good for Ford and General Motors, respectively, Korean and Japanese automakers did poorly in the survey, as did Chrysler. Industry-wide, though, overall satisfaction dropped slightly.
