New plan in Boulder changes when snow plows will clear roads

The City of Boulder got nearly half a foot of snow out of the most recent storm, and that means the plows are out. But a new measure in the city, designed to help budgets and overworked snow plow drivers, means plows won't always clear side roads right after it snows.
