Judge orders ICE to answer questions over re-arrests of Colorado detainees ordered released
Some former detainees in Colorado and their attorneys say Immigration and Customs Enforcement is re-arresting people who have been ordered released by federal judges, and that those same federal judges are growing tired of the practice. ICE argues that it can re-arrest detainees.
