Gov. Polis celebrates Northern Colorado project on I-25 from Berthoud to Fort Collins

On Thursday, Gov. Jared Polis cut the ribbon ahead of the official opening of the Northern Express Lanes on I-25 from Berthoud to Fort Collins.
