CSP chief describes shooting of auto theft suspect in Denver
Colorado State Patrol Chief Matthew Packard spoke at a news conference on Tuesday about a vehicle theft in Adams County and the investigation into it. Two members of the Colorado Metropolitan Auto Theft Task Force wound up shooting the suspect at a gas station in Denver.
