County clerk has no regrets about spending thousands in taxpayers' dollars on employee appreciation

Despite looming budget cuts, Jefferson County Clerk and Recorder Amanda Gonzalez says a party that cost thousands of dollars and included gifts for employees was necessary to keep those workers as retention has been a challenge.
