What Happens To Boiling Water In -20 Degrees
TABERNASH, Colo. (CBS4)- The week between Christmas and New Year's was frigid in Colorado with temperatures not reaching above freezing in the Denver metro area for one week.
CBS4 viewer Andy Sherman posted a video on YouTube that showed him throwing boiling water into the air in Tabernash while it was -20 degrees outside.
The water freezes on contact with the cold air and vaporizes.
