Woman Ran Red Light In Accident With Train
DENVER (CBS4) - An crash with a light rail train happened because a driver ran a red light.
RTD says that after the woman went through the light, her car became smashed between the train and a pole.
It happened Friday morning in the area of Park Avenue and Welton Street in downtown.
Firefighters had to pry the woman out of her car.
Amazingly, she suffered only a few bumps and bruises. One other person on the train suffered minor injuries.
