Travelers Use Couch Surfing To Save Money On Trips
DENVER (CBS4)- Those trying to squeeze in an inexpensive vacation before summer's end or during this fall, there is another option to booking a pricey hotel room.
More travelers are looking beyond hotels during tight economic times, instead opting to stay in the comfort of someone's home.
CBS4 Money Saver Suzanne McCarroll shows us how what's called couch surfing is catching on. Watch her report below.
McCarroll cautions that you need to check out the host families and the travelers ahead of time to make sure you feel comfortable and safe.
