Teen From Texas Who Died Skiing Wasn't Wearing Helmet
WINTER PARK, Colo. (CBS4)- A teenager from Texas died after she struck a tree at Winter Park Ski Resort.
Alicyn Mitcham crashed into a tree on the intermediate Forget-Me-Not run in Winter Park on Wednesday.
Ski patrol rushed her to the emergency room at the base of the resort but were not able to revive her.
The 17-year-old was not wearing a helmet.
