Suspects In Murder For Hire Plot To Stand Trial
CASTLE ROCK, Colo. (CBS4)-A judge said there is enough evidence for four men accused in a murder-for-hire plot to stand trial.
Amara Wells and her brother-in-law Bob Rafferty were found dead in a Castle Rock home in February.
Prosecutors claim Josiah Sher carried out the murders.
They said the plot also included Micah Woody, Matthew Plake and Christopher Wells, Amara's estranged husband.
The four face first degree murder charges. They will be back in court in December.
