RTD offers train, bus options for Denver Broncos fans to attend home opener
The Regional Transportation District is offering transit options for anyone attending the Broncos versus Packers game on Friday night at Empower Field at Mile High. The game is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m.
RTD says a rail service will be offered before and after the game. Riders should use the C, E, and W lines, which serve Empower Field at Mile High Station, as well as A, B, G, and N lines, which provide service to Denver Union Station. The agency plans to add rail cars to the C, E, W, and N lines to accommodate expected increased ridership.
Riders looking for an easy transfer to the C, E, or W lines at Denver Union Station can use the Flatiron Flyer and local Routes 0, 9, 10, 15, 20, and 32.
RTD is also providing bus service options for anyone attending the game. The bus routes will operate around Empower Field at Mile High including Route 30, which is South Federal Boulevard, and Route 31, which is North Federal Boulevard, as well as Routes 1, 15L, 16, and 31.
A three-hour pass is $2.75 and an all-day pass is $5.50.
To make it even easier, riders can download the RTD Next Ride app and type in Broncos. The app will plan the trip for you.
