Poudre River Spilling Over Banks In Greeley
GREELEY, Colo. (CBS4)- The Cache la Poudre River is spilling over its banks and causing some flooding in Greeley. Sections of the Poudre River Trail are closed because they are too dangerous.
Early Monday morning, sections of 71st Ave. were also closed. That water receded and the road was reopened to traffic.
The City of Greeley said it will continue to monitor water levels and will close roads if necessary.
