Owners Of Megaparty Apartments Get Court Extension

FORT COLLINS, Colo. (AP) - The owners of the apartment complex that held a megaparty that got out of control in August have been granted an extension on their court case.

Campus Crossings at Ram's Pointe was issued a municipal citation which carries a fine of up to $1,000 and makes the complex liable for costs.

The Aug. 27 party advertised on Facebook as the biggest pool party of the year resulted in multiple arrests. Ten people were hospitalized, mostly for minor injuries and overconsumption of alcohol.
