Man Accepts Plea Deal For Hitting Flight Attendant In The Face
DENVER (CBS4) - There's been a plea deal for an unruly passenger on board an American Airlines jet.
Varoujan Khodjamirian was on a flight from Los Angeles to New York when it was diverted to Denver last October. Police say he was drunk and made threats to a flight attendant and then hit her in the face.
Under the deal Khodjamirian agreed to a pay the airline $24,000 and received probation instead of jail time.
