Unsettled Weather Continues All Week
By Ed Greene
DENVER (CBS4) - A mixture of clouds and sunshine to start your week with temperatures just slightly above normal: high downtown was 44 degrees with the downtown location reaching 46. Looks like more of the same tomorrow...maybe just a few degrees cooler under partly cloudy skies. Wednesday will see more clouds as a cooler surge of air pushes into the state dropping our high on Wednesday into the upper 20s. We reverse that trend on Thursday as we push close to 50 degrees under partly cloudy skies...and more of the same for Friday as we reach back to near 50 degrees with a chance for rian or snow late I n the day.
Then late Friday all precip will change over to snow as night falls with much colder air invading the state: chance for snow Saturday in Denver with a high not out of the teens. This system looks to bring heavy snow for the high country where we could be adding it up in feet instead of inches!
